  • Sportiest Kodiaq has 240 horsepower
  • Lots of bespoke styling touches
  • Racier noise thanks to sound enhancement
Have you got seven people to transport from one place to another, and do you want to do it as quickly as possible? Then the new Skoda Kodiaq vRS – unveiled this morning at the
Paris Motor Show – might well be for you. Power comes from a 240 horsepower diesel engine, and the car currently holds the lap record for seven-seat SUVs at the Nurburgring. Which is obviously of critical importance to anyone considering a family carry-all... There’s plenty to mark the vRS out from more humble Kodiaqs visually. There are redesigned bumpers front and rear, and gloss black finishes on the radiator, window surrounds and door mirrors. Inside, you get seats clad partly in leather and partly in fake suede, along with cool digital instruments. Standard equipment also includes an adaptive suspension and sound enhancement for the engine.
